Welcome to ImgMint. This product is built and managed by Manoj LK (the "Owner," "we," "us"), based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service ImgMint (the "Service").

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access the service. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Service.

A. Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information you provide directly to us when you create an account. We use Firebase Auth for Google Sign-In, and we collect and store the basic profile information provided by Google, which may include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your profile picture

We do not request or collect any special permissions or sensitive data from your Google account.

B. Content You Create ("Your Content")

We necessarily collect and store the content you create and upload to the Service:

  • Base Templates: We store the base images and template configurations you upload to your account.
  • Generated Images: We store the final images generated from your API calls.

C. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access the Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:

  • Log and Usage Data: We collect logs for API calls, which may include your IP address, API key used, request date and time, and data sent or received.
  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to collect information about your interaction with our website, such as pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring websites. This data is generally anonymized.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To create your account, generate your images, and provide customer support.
  • To Improve the Service: We may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to understand how our Service is used and to make improvements. We may also use data to troubleshoot issues.
  • Customer Support: We will only access your Content (Base Templates, Generated Images) if you request support for a specific issue. Our team will not view your Content for any other purpose.
  • To Process Transactions: To process payments and credits through our payment processors (Paddle, Razorpay).
  • To Communicate With You: To send you service-related announcements, security alerts, or respond to your support inquiries at hey@manojlk.work.

We do not, and will not, use Your Content to train any AI models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with third-party vendors ("Sub-processors") who perform services for us, under strict data protection agreements. These include:

  • Google (Firebase & Google Cloud): Provides our core infrastructure, including Firebase Auth (authentication), Cloud Firestore (database), Cloud Storage (image storage), Cloud Functions (API backend), and App Hosting (website).
  • Google Analytics: For website analytics.
  • Paddle & Razorpay: To process your payments. We do not store your credit card details; this is handled entirely by our payment processors.

5. Data Storage and Retention

A. Base Templates

Your Base Templates are stored securely as long as your account is active. If you request to delete your account, your Base Templates will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

B. Generated Images

To optimize performance and storage, Generated Images are stored for 20 days from the date of generation. After 20 days, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. You are responsible for downloading and storing any images you wish to keep long-term.

C. Account Data

Your personal account information (name, email) will be deleted 30 days after you request account deletion.

6. Your Data Rights

You have rights over your personal data. In accordance with laws that may apply to you (such as GDPR or others), you have the right to:

  • Access & Export: You can request an export of your personal data and Base Templates.
  • Rectification: You can update your basic profile information.
  • Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

To exercise any of these rights, please send a formal request to our support email: hey@manojlk.work. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including those provided by Google Cloud, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
